Open to hiring with no prior IT experience Pay is not a bad starting rate Very fast pace enterprise environment, lot's of customers and lot's of tech to learn

Things are pretty chaotic, but that leaves room to pick things up that get missed and run with it. Learning opportunities are pretty low to non-existent. Most learning is either on the job for your role or self taught. Work when you start out is not super varied. After a few months, things get pretty stale but it's difficult to move up/get more experience.
