This place is not for open-minded people, managements take all kinds of decisions. 5. Can suffer from burnout due to continuous development and deployment. 6. Don't give enough time to finish a task properly. 7. A developer has to do all the tasks like development, testing, deployment, database maintenance, and even server-related work. 8. Salary increment is not adequate.
