I loved working for CIT

There isn't anything with CIT specifically but the MSP industry is hard to make it some times.

I've never worked in an environment that is so kind and genuine. This company is full of really good people and I'm so excited that I get to be a part of it. Working in Talent Acquisition, I get to talk to a lot of people and I'm consistently impressed with the leadership team and the direction CIT is going. I'm encouraged to try new things, and I'm given permission to fail. I feel like this place is home.

I honestly can't think of any cons at this point.
