The software team has very strong leadership and vision. Cross department engagement and work is encouraged. Ideas are well received. Ownership genuinely cares about the employees.

Hours can be strenuous. The team structure sometimes requires you to wear too many hats. Commuting from the city is not fun.

In my opinion, management is chosen by nepotism over merit In my opinion, lack of knowledge and experience by decision makers creates stress and tech debt In my opinion , culture of mid management of blaming different departments for short comings, like Dev Blames Business or Dev Blames QA., causes many issues when trying to collaborate with them In my opinion , when I was working the issues above led to months of delays in product creation and the lower levels got a brunt of that pressure even though the issues were out of their hands, In my opinion, HR is working for the company and its problematic culture, not the employee. It feels like they turned a blind eye to the toxic culture and and problems happening to the employees.
