Management, management, management. They micromanage everything and everyone, even making you account for bathroom breaks. Metrics are more important to them than anything else. Almost half the company is a "manager" of some sort. Nepotism is a major problem here.
One of the managers in particular gets away with being extremely rude to everyone, because he's supposedly really good at his job, but all he did was throw people under the bus for his own mistakes to make himself look good.
While I was there, they instituted a "no more overtime" policy, but then made people come in early or work late, or gave them so much work they felt they had no choice but to work late, and then still didn't pay them overtime.
The turnover rate here is through the roof due to these practices. Every single office policy is designed to give management all the benefits and take them away from the regular workers.
