One word, management. 17 employees either quit or got fired in my short time there. Management has a very poor ability to communicate appropriately with employees. Any questions or suggestions on better ways to do things were constantly met with reasons/excuses for why the way they do things are the right way. Management takes any negative feedback as a personal attack rather than listening and trying to figure out a way to make things better. They believe the turnover being so high is because of the people that are being hired and do not look internally at how they manage and treat people as a reason why turnover is a constant. I have talked to several former employees that were employed there before I was and they all share the same sentiments.
