Pros of the job was being able to advance and cross train into different types of IT work.

Cons were the company never offered merit raises. Some of the management was inexperienced. Work was sometimes never done right and corners were cut instead of following procedure and processes.

Little beurocracy, much less paperwork and hassling than other contractors I've worked for.

Mostly just a middle man company.
