CTG has never been acquired by or sold to any other company, which is a true testament to our culture and stability as a growing organization. CTG is ISO certified which is a huge advantage. CTG values individual initiative in personal and professional development. CTG has provided me with many growth opportunities which has allowed me to achieve my career goals.

CTG needs to focus on being more collaborative across all office locations and business units. Better collaboration and communication with employees is critical in order to generate business solutions more efficiently. CTG's management structure appears to be missing a critical middle management level within some significant job functions.
