The leadership intentionally promotes a culture to respect, trust, and serve each other and our clients. It is genuine and has built a great community. Your team members and people across the company are quick to help and glad to support each other. Computronix has had a number of big victories selling one of its core products over the past year. Lots of work is at the door step and will need strong contributors to deliver. Good attention to detail and structure to keep people engaged, this has been intentionally grown. Onboarding is another area that has been a focus and big strides have been made to get people learning and productive quickly.

The core development takes place in a narrow tech stack. The product cannot be leveraged far and wide, so the pay matches.

Great people and genuinely approachable leadership. The culture is collaborative, and it’s easy to have direct, respectful conversations across teams and levels. Benefits and time off are reasonable and supportive of work-life balance. I liked the company enough to return for a second stint, which says a lot. There is real opportunity here to make a difference, influence outcomes, and contribute meaningfully to both clients and internal teams.
