7yWe appreciate your feedback but were disappointed to see your review. As a current employee, we encourage you to take the opportunity to talk to HR, or a supervisor you feel comfortable with, about what is making you so unhappy. It is possible that one or two small improvements could change your whole outlook. A new position, location, or schedule can also make a big difference. Sometimes too, a person just isn't the right fit for a company. Feeling negative about where you spend most of your day isn't good for anyone, including you, your co-workers, or your customers. Our managers really do care about team members, but it can be difficult to express appreciation when the days get too busy. We'll try to do better, but we also need you to open a dialogue with us.
