4yTwo of the things you mention here, safety and training, are top priorities for us. We invest extensive resources into our safety, continuing education, and apprentice programs, and are proud of this commitment. We take care of our people, and are dedicated to providing everyone with a safe work environment, as well as the tools and training to do their job right. If you are a current employee, you should not "run from this company", you should walk to HR, our in-house Safety Manager, or a supervisor you feel comfortable with and discuss your concerns. Our management team sincerely wants to know about and address any wrongdoing, or clear up any misunderstandings about what might be happening. For example, there are clear cut laws and regulations about how work injuries are treated. Most people won't be familiar with them and it may be confusing territory until specifics are explained in detail. And the vehicle cameras you dislike are part of the overall safety campaign; they are also there to protect you in case of an accident. For some things, however, we have to rely, at least in part, on our team members. If you feel you need additional training, let us know. If you are dispatched to an environment you feel is unsafe, speak up. The company can offer all of the tools, education, resources, and support in the world, but it won't mean anything if our team members don't take advantage of them and/or let us know what they need. We are all on the same team working toward the same goal. Thanks for taking the time to write a review; the information will be forwarded to our management team.
