We take all employee feedback seriously, not only online reviews, but especially feedback given to HR and the management team by current employees. We do listen, and your input helps to shape company policy. That's why we actively encourage the staff to reach out to a supervisor or HR with suggestions, compliments, and complaints, in order to make positive changes for everyone. We need to know what works and what doesn't. It's also why we encourage everyone to create a path/plan for career growth. The importance of each team member's participation in the process of improvement cannot be stressed enough. Each effort, each attitude, makes a huge impact on our work. And our work is helping our clients whenever they need us, including weekends. That's what we do. It's unfortunate that you felt disconnected from that, we truly strive to let each team member know they're efforts and input are valued.
