WIth that being said the company is really preparing employees for what is to come. The support system within in the company is great and it has been a real pleasure working for Concentra.

Although it may be looked upon as a Con, for future employees the interview process is very in depth. If you interview with Concentra please know that it is not going to be a one and done interview process. Concentra likes prospective employees to interview with various levels of employees and really does its home work when it comes to choosing the right candidate.
