This is a terrible company to work for.. no holiday pay unless you use Your PTO, which means they never want you to go on vacation and slave for them, crappy .25-.50 cent raises, you will be sent home If is slow (do not expect 40 hrs), if you end up working overtime they’ll send you home early next day Or ask you to come in late in order not to pay you for that overtime that you rightfully earned, no consistency at all..computer system and practices/rules change by the minute..why do you think so many positions are open? People are quitting left and right.. Concentra only cares about their pocket and could care less about their patients or employees.
