Distastefully rude management on many levels (from in the center and up), standing all day and they don't like for you to take breaks, 30 min lunches or FT or PT (way too short for all the standing you do), unprofessional operations, surrounded by unethical people (people who lie, gossip, and show favoritism). If your looking for a nice working environment and an opportunity to really help people, this is NOT the place for you. No matter what you're title is its more like a customer service/ call center job. (even the directors) And you never get off the time you're suppose to. Although you close at 7 or 8p, you wont leave til 10p. I left as late at 11p on a school night and had to report to work next morning on-time.

I enjoyed the technical challenges working with extremely passionate and talented people. The benefits and compensation are competitive, and I had so much to offer given a little more time.

Unfortunately, it is a revolving door. Management is vastly unqualified and by title only. They had no on-boarding process and communication was extremely poor or lacking altogether. They are fire happy and terminate people like nothing without regard for tenure which almost seems deliberate. Several very experienced and tenured people were terminated the week before I was. One of which had moved to another team which created the vacancy for my position.
