Overtime was offered a lot and they had incentives to give out.

Management is terrible, they act as if they're better than you when they were once in the same position. They are lazy and not a great support system when it comes to team effort. They care so much about numbers and not enough about making sure we are fully educated on how to successfully do our job.

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
