I’ve been with the company for 6 years, and my experience has been very positive, especially when it comes to growth and development. I started as a part-time advisor, and through continuous learning, support, and opportunities to take on more responsibility, I progressed into an Operations Manager role, which I’ve been in for the past 2 years.
