      The experience was awful. I only accepted the offer because I was pretty desperate. Back when I was working there, the company was hiring the sketchiest people, and management was not great. A lot of micromanaging was happening too.

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
