Finished my studies and applied for full time role and was on the phone for a year I am quality coach now If you show initiative and do your job well, you'll get a chance when there are new job openings You get pay rise if you get promotion

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
