Great support to develop the job skills needed to be successful. They have monthly round table meetings with HR to better improve the location and experience. The clients support the individuals and offer trainings and ongoing communication to help improve your skills.

Svantaggi

Very hard to move up within the company unless going to different programs completely. Which is hard because you would have to learn a whole new job basically.

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
