Ability to work from home, computer provided, great coworkers, has the potential to be great but needs a major overhaul in training

Lack of training and support. 3 weeks of general knowledge training. No hands on experience at all with call interface and thrown to the wolves first day after "training". The managers are not bad they are very nice but there is barely any of them and nobody there to help hundreds of new untrained employees making their customers very angry because nobody knows how to do anything at all. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't want my company outsourced to them for service or I would worry of going bankrupt.
