Vantaggi
They'll hire just about anyone. They offer a lot of overtime. $13/hr (unless they try to offer you less, which is common.)
Svantaggi
-You may not be paid on time. HR seems to have almost no accountability for this- it's hard to even find someone to speak with about your missing check. -They pay some employees much less than others. Don't accept anything less than $13, because there are people doing the same work as you who make that much. Others make $9. -Your lunch will probably be stolen, and management doesn't care. The rest of your stuff might be stolen too, for that matter. -The facilities are dirty, the bathrooms are almost horrifying, and a lot of their equipment (chairs, computers, cables, etc) is falling apart. -There is no accountability in management in general- everyone passes the buck off to someone else. -You have to sign an NDA stating that you won't tell anybody you work for Apple. Most likely because Apple doesn't want to be associated with their sketchy activities. -On top of all that, this is call center work, so expect to deal with unreasonable customers, expect back-to-back calls, expect strict metrics, and expect constant harassment from management about all of these things. -Management clearly sees themselves as 'above' the rest of the employees- as evidenced by some of their spiteful reviews here- despite this facility/contract only being open since *June* of this year. These are not seasoned managers- they started in this same position a few months ago and got promoted very quickly. Their IT department is similarly inexperienced and inept.
