Management are cast offs from other failed accounts. No way to progress. Favouritism - applied for a management position and was rejected in favour of a highschool dropout despite putting in extra hours for months to assist. Being surrounded by kids. It's in the middle of nowhere. Rubbish pay. Rubbish hours. After working on the Action Fraud account for almost a year, taking reports on behalf of the City of London Police. I became shocked once I heard one of the management speaking about what they have take at the weekends. I do not want to work with people like this. Especially on a police account.
