-Colleagues were great -Central location

-Employees are treated like robots and instead of trying to help people whose stats are failing and are not reaching KPIs they are just fired. - Extremely high turnover rate, they churn out a new wave of advisors almost every month. -You're expected to reach very difficult stats with few/poor incentives for a job that already pays far less than it is worth. -You're expected to perform at your very best all day even though you are taking back to back calls with frustrated customers and it is exhausting. -Management and team leaders are dismissive, uncaring and only see you as a CSAT generating machine.

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Svantaggi

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
