Manage my sucks, pay sucks for all you have to do, and it is a really messy place WAYYYYY too much drama this place is awful for $13 an hour it really isn't worth it it's way better jobs out here. Plus you work all holidays and year round 24/7

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
