The team that I was on was phenominal! My team leads in WMM were awesome,too.

Upper management is seriously lacking. I have also had team leads on iOS & Mac + that really didn't know enough about the product to be much help. I resigned my position with notice due to health issues( note that others have too)that improved after I left the company. I was told when I was ready that I could come back, but keep getting denied. This is definitely not a long term job.

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
