Bad management throw the whole system away. From the start was told lies, and deception .Don’t believe anything in orientation. This is your typical call center. Only advantage is you work at home. Good job for soccer moms with teens. If you don’t fit that criteria ; and , have any type of social life !!!!!! I wouldn’t accept offer or apply.

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
