      Requiring camera usage for training as well as doing camera checks is childish. There are other ways to monitor trainee involvement in training....e.g. the test you take to pass training! This issue is possibly those who are not mentally equipped to do said job!

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
