People are great, training is good, good career path possibilities. As call centers go this is one of the best. Yes there are rules and performance is very matrix based. Very typical of call center environment. Unlike many other call centers very low drama, rules are fair and clear. No favoritism, you are judged strictly on your performance. Same rules apply to all. If you have good work ethics you can do quite well here.

Pay not great (but better than many), benefits expensive. If you have not worked in a call center you may struggle with the rules and metrics.
