Thank you for your review, we can genuinely empathize with our staff who had to make the fast shift to work at home in the past few months. We really appreciate the feedback and your honesty when it comes to some of the challenges due to COVID-19. A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
