1. It goes beyond micromanagement you will be monitored in ways you did not think was possible. 2. Systems are so poor, not a day goes by without a lot of problems. 3. Low Pay 4. No bathroom breaks except on official breaks. 5. Expect to be blamed for such things like power cuts in your apartment building. "you really should be living in a much higher-end Apartment complex while we pay you minimum wage." is the sort of response you can expect. 6. You will feel very isolated, You cannot communicate one on one with another employee. You can only communicate through group chat which is heavily monitored, well of course it is!!!!! 7. You cannot disconnect the call when a customer abuses you, in any disgusting fashion. You can pass the call onto someone else though, how fortunate for the person receiving that call!!!! 8. The constant threat of being fired, if your kids are heard in the background of a call you can be fired. Pandemic or not! How is a single Parent supposed to deal with that?
