Vantaggi

Both personally and professionally Tigerspike has challenged me. There is considerable space to grow and undertake self improvement, and wow! you will need to learn fast. The people are the most welcoming and dedicated I have ever worked with. I have huge respect for everyone I work with in the Melbourne office, both as professionals and as the lively, intelligent, and fun people each of them are. New techniques and technology are welcomed and shared broadly within the business, among genuinely passionate and committed people. The client work varies in scale and shape, with occasional secondments to global offices (physically pre-COVID, now virtually). The business has a mature and effective way to engage clients, both new and existing. Many more positives.

Svantaggi

Going pains. Historical small business approach now challenged by huge market competitors and a juggernaut parent company with a very different stride. Management focus tends to be short term.

Vantaggi

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Svantaggi

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Vantaggi

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Svantaggi

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
