- People solution should choose another name for themselves. I’ve never worked in a company with such a lack of HR support.
- values of the company are only words on a wall, the Dublin office absolutely don’t live this culture.
- no good perks in comparison with other company in Dublin
- if you’re lucky enough to progress in this company, you’re likely to burn yourself out with so much pressure for such a low salary - yes, the agents salary is poor but do not imagine that TLs are well paid !
-upper management in the sport brand contract is a joke, no support whatsoever, no organization at all, favoritism among agents and team leads.
- my only advice is, start your career there if you want to, gather some experience and then runaway from there - you can get a much rewarding job in Dublin, along with a better salary, more perks, a better management organisation, therefore you’d be happier to go to work every day :-)
