Work in your mother language, working hours are certain and never violated. Newcomers are provided with month-long theoretical training and a month-long practical training.

Svantaggi

The company does not provide all the necessary information to work, many things change on the go, it's the responsibility of the employees to keep themselves updated. Not modern PC/mouses/headphone. No days-off on bank holidays. Working weekends. Not stable technical conditions (internet, internal platforms, tools etc).

Your impressions are very important for us, because this is the only way we can learn more about what we can and should improve further. We try to provide all employees with the most flawless and up-to-date technical equipment possible. A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
