      Good for getting initial industry experience, good culture below senior management

      Shocking pay, poor management, particularly opaque with pretty much every decision made above your immediate manager's role. Projects in general were very stressful.

      Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we appreciate all feedback. We're disappointed to learn you didn't feel your time at Concentrix Tigerspike was valued. We invest heavily in bringing Associate Engineers through the business with plenty of learning and training opportunities and fast progression to a Mid Level and beyond! Many of our Engineers have been promoted two or three times in their tenure so far, something we're really proud to work with them on.       A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
