      Thanks for your feedback! Transparency and open communication are an important part of our corporate culture. That's why we distribute all important information via our own app, notice boards, newsletters, screensavers and staff meetings, for example. We also attach great importance to regular, personal exchanges in team meetings and individual discussions between employees and team leaders. Should you at any time feel insufficiently informed, do not hesitate to ask your managers for further information.

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
