Since concentrix has taken over 4 months ago the benefits are much better. Sick days, vacation days, pto and 401k.

For some majority of employees have not had their direct deposit to go through. One pay period people only got a 40 hour check instead of 80. Now this time 20 out 400 people got paid. No one direct deposit went through and we are on day 3 of no check and payday was Friday. All this happen 6 days before Christmas. No one can tells us what happen.

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Svantaggi

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
