Lack in consistency in training , It is a rarity when your software doesn't mess up some way shape or form. Disrespectful team leaders as well and some have made very derogatory remarks about others in the work field, it is unacceptable and unprofessional, and my schedule leaves me with no time for anything as well. More about those team leaders they are not willing to take responsibility if they mess up anything on your behalf.

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
