      Better than minimum wage, but still not good enough.

      Very bad work atmosphere. Wrong person for the manager position. Some cases got hidden. I will not mention what, cos the managed to delete it from Google rating.

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
