Home office used to be a nice benefit, but they took it away.

Aggressive sales strategy and lack of proper technical support are pushing away the clients, but we’re still being told to call them repeatedly even if they explicitly rejected our service. The company doesn’t shy away from misinforming the employees if it helps to squeeze more effort out of them. Last year they promised they will let us work from home if the performance is on point. It’s never been mentioned in the contract, but it was verbally communicated during our meetings. Then the management has changed and in the end, we are all (Berliners) being forcefully pushed back to the office, some people even had to resign because of this.

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
