      Since I started at the company in 2019, I have worked in several departments, which has given me a wide range of knowledge about different areas and also about Concentrix. My position is based in Europe, it gives me the opportunity to work from home and I have great flexibility in my working hours. Concentrix is full of amazing people who support and help you whenever you need it. I really recommend working here, there are many departments and jobs and also many opportunities to grow professionally and increase your knowledge. Payroll is always paid on time,

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
