      -concentrix is the middle man: the projects are based on what the clients want so there is no use in bringing up new ideas, etc -pay is for experienced employees to low -team leads have no expertise usually -if you dont reach your kpis they are constantly on your back, if you do and want to get a higher position they will not promote you as there is a lack of ppl who constantly reach their kpis

      Thank you for leaving this review for us. It's unfortunate to hear you're dissatisfied about our processes and taking in new ideas. Unfortunately, you are right in saying that by being the middle-man it is harder to implement innovation, however despite the lengthiness we do take our staff input very seriously and try to apply it to the best of our ability. At Concentrix, we are constantly looking for ways to improve the way we serve our staff, so we appreciate this feedback.

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
