Minimum salary, stomps on private rights: -Listens to phone conversations -Reads emails -Does not pay sick leave -HR is non existent -Demands reports on your disease and how to prevent it -You will be interviewed after each sick leave -Offers bonuses, but has stipulations that enable them not to pay out -False marketing on job offers -Works people overtime promising career opportunities, which do not realize at any point -Control of labor through threats

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
