Still trying to figure out if there are any pros... Well you get a check...

Let's start with the biggest issue, PAYROLL... Days late checks with missing hours and some how all the time is typically submitted "correctly". HR is unorganized. The team managers really have no idea what they're doing. There's always some type of technical issue with the software they use... The Operation Manager is lazy. They hire anyone. If you graduated high school and can work a computer you have a job at Concentrix. IT and management seem to never be on the same page. I could go on and on and on!

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
