      Thank you for leaving this review for us. It's unfortunate to hear you're dissatisfied about our salary brackets and the inability to work from outside of your country of residence. Unfortunately these things are subject to the contract you are a part of as well as the country laws that require for employees to stay within the country limits despite WFH flexibility.       Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
