Will not work with you once training is over. They threaten to cut you loose if you do not keep within the time frame to assist people. If you do not make goal, they pressure you into quitting instead of firing. They say it is a win win situation. It is not. It only allows them to say that they haven't had to fire anyone. It also allows them to get away with not having to offer unemployment benefits. They also offer you more training, but it is unpaid. You can go to training for 40 hours a week for 3 weeks.....unpaid. Not a win, win situation for the employee.

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
