      If you don't know German there will be opportunities to work on other languages. Training is provided on a first month.

      Salary isn't increasing, more work and no bonus. Targets are changing every quarter, lots of pressure. Weak management and even financial mistakes happened as few people didn't get back to office bonus that was offered in the beginning. Some people didn't get the full salary few times.

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
