Staff reshuffling which causes constant disruption in the work flow , and making it hard to monitor and track individual performance , and growth within the company. No set breakdown on the work flow from Top to bottom, one has to figure things out on their own, and find a work method that works for them. No clear Human Resource channels from ( Recruitment, Payroll, and People advisor), No labour policies & practicies are displayed on walls for employee to have a view of as required by the department of labour. All these can be worked on , and I believe the company should take it into consideration to create a better working environment.
