Get hire for concentrix not Convergys. SP infocity all processes not worth it. Make sure of it although they're not one but still go to parent company. Doesn't care about employees health. No benefits (health insurance policy horrible couldn't even claim one) Insurance Amount is almost Nil. Compensation & benefits horrible. You'll see all the changes you want when you're on notice period but the moment you revoke it'll go back to square one.

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
