      - Getting to work with high profile clients across all verticals - Learning everything about social advertising

      - you are micromanaged on a daily basis - you calls will be receive criticism on a regular basis, by people whose job it is to find things to criticize - bad management, during my two years i had 5 different managers - too many clients in portfolio to be able to help - lack of access to support for clients - daily targets that are unattainable - rigid working hours and mandatory morning/evening meeting - they hire anyone that do not any have experience

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
